Delivery & Returns Information

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver goods to UK Mainland, Europe, USA and other countries by request.

Where will my goods be delivered?

  • If you pay by credit card we'll ship the item to the cardholders address only.
  • If paying by cheque, delivery will be made once funds have been cleared to your chosen address.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs calculated during checkout are guideline prices and we will provide you with the exact shipping cost on request.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to dispatch stock item goods from our store within 48 hours, and delivery should take 2 - 4 working days once dispatched. However at busy periods this may take longer. In exceptional circumstances please allow 28 days for delivery.

Refunds and exchanges will only be made providing the goods are returned unused, in there original packet with all labels ect attached (as attached by the manufacturer) and returned within 8 days. The purchaser must accept the postage costs one way for returns and both ways for exchanges, if you are returning goods you must include in the package the returns note that will be e-mailed to you

Please obtain proof of postage, as Croft Equestrian accept no liability for the goods until we are in receipt of them

Once we are in receipt of the returned goods (in the same condition as originally dispatched) we will then act on the replacement or refund. No liability is accepted for goods damaged in transit while being returned to us.

Any rugs Returned that have been placed on the horse will not be exchanged or refunded.

In the case of an exchange Croft equestrian reserves the right to supply similar goods if the original goods are no longer available, if the new items issued are more expensive we reserve the right to charge the additional cost plus any addition postage and packaging

Please note: If you have received goods in a damaged state you must keep the damaged product/s along with the packaging. This is essential when recovering carrier costs.

Goods may be photographed by Croft Equestrian as evidence of condition prior to shipping.
